Regarding title (for S1, S2, S3) or mention (for diploma) which is used by universities in Indonesia currently has no standard (not standard) again, although the government has made the rules, but most colleges only obey some of the rules the. English Diploma Program aims to educate and develop national experts who are knowledgeable and responsive to the development of the international community, independent and more emphasis on skills and application of knowledge in the field of English language and work.
Competencies of Graduates of D3 English
Main competence :
  • Understanding the rules of the English language adequately as targeted in the curriculum.
  • Have practical skills in English both spoken and written varieties seen in the ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  • Being able to write scientific papers in English.


Supporting competence :
  • Communicative skills in a variety of communicative situations and cultural situation and aware of etiquette that must be followed.
  • Being able to be a mediator in the process of bilingual communication.
  • Able to apply skills in the field of English language: English Education, Media, Management and Business Administration, Tourism, and Public Relations.
  • Able to create media products that require medium of English.
Profession and Career Graduates of D3 English
The graduates can work in various establishments such as secondary educational institutions, specialized agencies, government agencies, private institutions, secretary, public relations, tour guides, etc.
